Before returning an item
Please contact us before sending a return. Include your order number and the item you wish to return so the correct return instructions can be provided.
Return condition
Items should be returned in their original condition with the included packaging and accessories. Please handle lenses and frames carefully while deciding whether to keep them.
Refunds
Once a return is received and checked, eligible refunds are processed back through the applicable payment method. Bank processing times can vary after a refund is issued.
