These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Fur & Paws website, online store, and services (collectively, the “Services”), operated by Noble11, owned by Sylwia Mayer (“Fur & Paws”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
1.1 These Terms apply to all contracts between you and us that are concluded via our online store at www.noble11.com or any related channels that link to these Terms.
1.2 Any different or additional terms proposed by you (e.g., in your purchase order or general terms) are rejected and will not become part of the contract, unless we expressly agree in writing.
1.3 Consumers and Businesses

Add the desired products to your cart.
Click “Checkout” or a similar button.

By clicking the final confirmation button (e.g., “Place Order”, “Pay Now”, “Complete Purchase” or similar), you submit a binding order.

The contract is formed when:
We explicitly accept your order by email; or

If you contact us directly (e.g., by email) to request a custom quote, your request is non-binding. We will send you a written offer (e.g., by email) which you may accept within the period specified in the offer.

You agree that all contract-related information, including order confirmations, invoices, and other notifications, may be provided electronically via email. You are responsible for ensuring that the email address provided during checkout is correct and that emails from us are not blocked by spam filters.

5.1 All prices displayed on our Site are shown in the currency indicated (e.g., USD for US customers) and, unless otherwise stated, exclude any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges that may be collected by local authorities in your country.
5.2 We may offer free shipping to certain regions, which will be indicated on the Site or during checkout. However, returns are typically at your own cost, as detailed in our Return & Refund Policy.
5.3 For international orders (including shipments to the United States), you may be responsible for additional charges such as customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees. These are not controlled by us and must be borne by you.
6.1 Shipping From Overseas
We ship products from warehouses located outside the United States (including warehouses in China and/or other countries). Estimated shipping times will be displayed on the Site or at checkout, but they are not guaranteed and may vary due to customs, carrier, or other delays beyond our control.
6.2 Delivery
Delivery is completed when the carrier delivers the products to the shipping address you provided. You are responsible for ensuring your address is accurate and accessible.
6.3 Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier, except where otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
6.4 Returns & Return Address
Details regarding returns, including the applicable return address abroad and who bears return shipping costs, are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

7.2 The Return & Refund Policy is part of these Terms. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Return & Refund Policy, the specific conditions in the Return & Refund Policy will apply regarding returns and refunds.
7.3 Orders may only be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, you must follow the return procedure.
8.1 We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, and other content on the Site are accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee that product information is error-free, complete, or current at all times.
8.2 Colors, sizes, or materials may appear differently on your device due to display settings and other factors. Such variations do not necessarily constitute defects.
8.3 We reserve the right to:

Limit the quantities of any products we offer
Discontinue any product at any time
Ownership of the products passes to you once full payment has been received and the products have been dispatched. Until then, we retain legal title to the products.
10.1 You may be able to create a customer account on our Site. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activities that occur under your account.
10.2 You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or use of your account.

12.3 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Site without our prior written consent.
Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services (including payment providers, social networks, and logistics partners). We are not responsible for:
The content, policies, or practices of third-party sites
Any damages or losses arising from your use of third-party services
Your use of such services is at your own risk and subject to the respective third party’s terms and privacy policies.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICES AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
The Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL FUR & PAWS, ITS OWNER, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY:
INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR
LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL,
ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of liability for personal injuries or certain damages, so some limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fur & Paws, its owner, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

17.1 Governing Law
For customers residing in the United States, these Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your state require otherwise.
17.2 Arbitration & Class Action Waiver (Where Permitted by Law)
To the extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration, and not in a class, representative, or consolidated action.
You and we agree that:
Each may bring claims only in an individual capacity, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative action.
Unless you and we agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate claims of more than one person.
Nothing in this Section prevents you from bringing issues to the attention of government agencies where such rights cannot be waived.
If binding arbitration is not enforceable in your jurisdiction with respect to a particular claim, then such claim shall be resolved in the competent courts of the State of Delaware (or as otherwise required by mandatory law).
We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice (for example, by posting a notice on the Site or sending you an email).
Your continued use of the Services after the updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
