Refund policy
Overview
We hope you are happy with your Noble11 purchase. If you wish to return an item, you may request a return within 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, received the goods.
This policy does not limit any mandatory rights available to you under applicable consumer law, including your statutory right of withdrawal if you are a consumer in the European Union, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom.
How to request a return
Before sending any item back, email contact@noble11.com with:
- your name and order number;
- the item you wish to return; and
- a clear statement that you wish to cancel the purchase or request a return.
We will reply with return instructions and the return address applicable to your order. Do not send a return to our business/contact address or to any address shown on a parcel without first receiving our return instructions. Returns sent without prior notice or to the wrong address may be delayed or may not reach the correct returns facility.
Return condition
Please handle and inspect products only as you would in a physical shop. Returned goods should include all original accessories, cases, manuals, tags, and packaging where reasonably possible.
You are responsible only for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. This does not affect your right to inspect the goods.
Return shipping costs
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or different from what you ordered. We do not provide prepaid return labels for change-of-mind returns.
We strongly recommend using a tracked service and retaining your proof of postage. Noble11 bears the risk of loss during a statutory withdrawal return where mandatory law requires it, but proof of postage may be needed to trace the parcel and process the refund.
Refunds
If you validly withdraw from the purchase, we will reimburse all payments received from you for the returned goods, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option, if any. We do not have to reimburse any additional delivery cost caused by your choice of a more expensive delivery method.
We will issue the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or you provide evidence that you sent them back, whichever occurs first.
Refunds are made to the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time after we issue the refund.
For voluntary returns that are not based on a statutory withdrawal right, the original delivery or expedited-shipping charge, if any, is not refundable except where required by law.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order promptly after delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact contact@noble11.com as soon as possible and include your order number and clear photographs or video showing the issue. Do not return the item until we provide instructions.
Where a product does not conform to the contract, we will provide the remedy required by applicable law. This may include repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund. Noble11 will bear reasonable return costs for a confirmed defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
Exceptions from the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply where an applicable statutory exception applies, including goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized, sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons if their seal was removed after delivery, and digital content supplied without a tangible medium after performance has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal will be lost.
Ordinary sunglasses are not excluded merely because their packaging was opened for reasonable inspection.
Exchanges
We do not currently process direct exchanges. To obtain another model or variation, return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order.
Order cancellation
Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel an order. We can cancel an order before dispatch where operationally possible. If it has already been processed or dispatched, use the return procedure above. Your mandatory withdrawal rights remain unaffected.
Statutory withdrawal instructions for EU/EEA consumers
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the goods. For a single order delivered separately, it expires 14 days after receipt of the last item.

of your decision to withdraw by an unequivocal statement, for example by email or letter. You may use the model form below, but it is not mandatory. Sending the statement before the withdrawal period expires is sufficient.
After giving notice, you must send the goods to the return address provided by our support team without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us. You bear the direct return cost.
