If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.

1. Return Period

You may request a return within 14 days after the date you received your item.

Returns sent back without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

2. Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.

  • Items must include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, as our fulfillment centers are located abroad.

Items that are used, damaged, or not in resellable condition may result in partial refunds or denial of the refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Perishable goods

  • Opened hygiene products (e.g., grooming items, pet bowls, beds, or textiles that come into direct body contact)

  • Items that have been opened and can no longer be returned for health or safety reasons

  • Gift cards or digital products

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We provide free shipping to you to ensure a pleasant shopping experience, but return costs are not covered.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing typically takes 3–7 business days after approval.

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

We may withhold the refund until the product has been received and inspected.

6. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item or variation, please request a refund and place a new order.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you received an incorrect or defective item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide photos or videos of the damaged, defective, or wrong item

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return procedure.
